Much of my work happens behind the scenes under confidentiality agreements, so I can’t always show the full picture. What I can share are a few projects that capture my style, process, and the kind of magic that happens when great learning design meets real-world outcomes.
Technical Learning Program
The learning program consisted of learning delivered over 6-weeks. This included the development and delivery of face-to-face sessions, eLearning and a multitude of additional supporting resources.
Regulatory Learning Program
This National regulatory program was delivered to over 3500 team members. The development included 6 eLearning modules, 22 procedural documents & guides, 5 facilitated sessions with compete support documents, as well as a comprehensive branding and communications campaign.
Product Training Suite
A diverse mix of product training materials including eLearning modules, hero videos, comparison charts, and digital resources. Designed to educate, engage, and simplify complex product information for a range of audiences.
Patient Education & Website Design
A complete website design for a dental client with a strong focus on learning and patient education. The site was designed to simplify complex dental information, build confidence through clear communication, and support informed decision-making for patients.
